Infectious Disease Decontamination
Full decontamination for homes, offices, schools, care facilities and vehicles after a confirmed or suspected infectious exposure.

Whether it is norovirus running through a care home, MRSA in a gym, C. diff in a clinic or a confirmed case in an office, the question is the same: can people safely use this space tomorrow, and can you show that they can?
We use EPA registered hospital grade products applied at the correct concentration and dwell time, and we document what was treated so you have something to show staff, tenants or an inspector.
What the job includes
- Assessment of touch points, air handling and the likely spread pattern
- Full surface disinfection with EPA registered products at correct dwell
- Electrostatic or fogging application for large or complex spaces
- Soft furnishing, textile and vehicle interior treatment
- HVAC and filter assessment where the system may have carried the hazard
- Written documentation of what was treated, when, and with what
How we work
- You call
A trained technician answers, not an answering service. We ask six questions, and if you only know two of them that is enough for us to start moving.
- We arrive
Unmarked vehicles and plain clothing on approach. Containment goes up before anything is touched.
- We remediate
Source removal first, then structural cleaning, hospital grade disinfection and odour treatment, then verification testing.
- We hand it back
A certificate of decontamination, a waste manifest where applicable, and a space you can use again.
Most families pay nothing. We open the claim with your carrier, submit the documentation and argue it where it needs arguing. If you are not covered, you get a written price before we start.

Disease Decontamination: what people ask us
How quickly can staff or residents return?
For most products we use, once surfaces are dry and the space has been ventilated. That is typically a few hours. We will give you a specific re-entry time in writing based on the products used on your job.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial work that is the sensible option. Overnight and weekend work usually costs no more and means you do not lose a trading day.
Is this different from a deep clean?
Completely. A deep clean removes soil. Decontamination is about reducing pathogen load to a safe level using registered products at controlled dwell times, then documenting it. A cleaning company is not certified to do the second thing.
