Hazardous & Medical Waste Removal
Licensed pickup, transport and disposal of regulated waste for clinics, laboratories, care homes, landlords and emergency services.

Regulated waste cannot legally go in a dumpster, and the liability for it does not end when it leaves your property, it ends when it is properly manifested and destroyed. That paper trail is the thing you are actually buying.
We are a DEC licensed medical waste hauler and transport under DOT HM-181. Every collection is documented and you keep a copy.
What the job includes
- Scheduled or one-off collection from medical, commercial and residential sites
- Sharps, biohazard, pathological and pharmaceutical waste streams
- Correct segregation, labelling and packaging before transport
- Manifested transport under licence, with documentation issued to you
- Certificates of destruction on request
- Clean-out and decontamination of the storage area itself where needed
How we work
- You call
A trained technician answers, not an answering service. We ask six questions, and if you only know two of them that is enough for us to start moving.
- We arrive
Unmarked vehicles and plain clothing on approach. Containment goes up before anything is touched.
- We remediate
Source removal first, then structural cleaning, hospital grade disinfection and odour treatment, then verification testing.
- We hand it back
A certificate of decontamination, a waste manifest where applicable, and a space you can use again.
Most families pay nothing. We open the claim with your carrier, submit the documentation and argue it where it needs arguing. If you are not covered, you get a written price before we start.

Hazardous Waste Removal: what people ask us
Can you do a one-off collection?
Yes. Plenty of our work is a single pickup after a property clear-out, a clinic closing down or a landlord finding something they did not expect. There is no requirement to take a contract.
What paperwork do we get?
A manifest for every collection, and a certificate of destruction on request. Keep both. If you are ever audited or asked to prove chain of custody, that is what proves it.
Do you handle chemicals as well as biological waste?
We handle a range of regulated streams and will tell you plainly if something falls outside what we are licensed to carry, in which case we will point you at who can take it.
If something has happened, stop reading and call.
